Account & Data Deletion
Our Deletion Commitment
At Finsighto, we value your privacy. You have the absolute right to delete your account and erase all associated data at any time. When you request deletion, we completely remove your personal profile, credentials, expense history, incomes, receipts, images, budgets, and recurring rules from our servers.
Please note: Deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
Method 1: Delete Instantly In-App (Recommended)
The fastest and most secure way to delete your data is directly inside the Finsighto application:
- Open the Finsighto app and log in.
- Navigate to the Settings screen (accessible via the main navigation drawer).
- Tap on Delete Account.
- Confirm your password to verify your identity.
- Your account and all associated data will be deleted instantly from our production database.
Method 2: Web-Based Deletion Request
If you have already uninstalled the app or no longer have access to it, you can request that we delete your account and all associated data on your behalf:
Please send an email to our support team at support@finsighto.com with the following details:
- Subject: Finsighto Account Deletion Request
- Email body: Please state your registered email address and confirm that you wish to delete your account.
Note: For security and verification purposes, the deletion request must be sent from the same email address registered to your Finsighto account.
Once we receive and verify your request, we will permanently delete your account and all of its associated data within 7 business days and send you a confirmation email.
