1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Finsighto, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not install or use the application.

2. Permitted Use & Software License

Finsighto grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the application strictly for your personal, non-commercial financial tracking purposes, in accordance with these Terms.

3. Data Responsibility & Storage

Finsighto stores your expense data, receipts, and account information on our servers to provide synchronization across your devices. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Your transaction records, attachments, and configurations are stored on our servers and in cloud object storage.
  • While we maintain server backups for disaster recovery, you are encouraged to periodically export your data using the CSV/JSON export feature in the app.
  • Finsighto is not responsible for data loss resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including cloud infrastructure outages or force majeure events.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use Finsighto for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the application.
  • Resell, sublicense, rent, or lease the application to any third party.
  • Use the application to transmit viruses, malware, or any other harmful code.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the servers or networks used to provide the service.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.

5. Intellectual Property

The Finsighto name, logo, brand identity, application code, and all related materials are the exclusive intellectual property of Webbers Network. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights. You retain ownership of your expense data and uploaded content; we claim no intellectual property rights over your personal financial data.

6. Third-Party Services

Finsighto uses third-party services for AI processing and cloud storage infrastructure. These services are subject to their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services, but we select providers that meet our security and privacy standards.

7. Disclaimers

Finsighto is a budget tracking utility. We do not provide professional financial, investment, or legal advice. The AI insights, categories, and parsed totals are provided for convenience and informational purposes only. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all financial entries.

The application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall Webbers Network, its directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the application, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Finsighto at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to violation of these Terms. You may terminate your use at any time by deleting your account through the app settings.

Upon termination, your right to use Finsighto ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and intellectual property) shall continue to apply.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of Finsighto shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify you through the app or via email. Your continued use of Finsighto after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the application and delete your account.

12. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Webbers Network regarding your use of Finsighto.
